On a small private island near Orcas, we were hired to remodel extensively three existing buildings constructed in the 70's. The main residence was gutted and redesigned to include a 12' x 12' stained mdf media cabinet and three new bathrooms, a rickety tool shed was transformed into a painting studio, and an exercise room added to an existing guesthouse.
